You can't defend a champion with Soraka's kit from ever exisiting. You claim you don't want champions to be unfun to play against, yet Soraka exists. If the enemy team has a soraka and if you're an adc and you're the only one who wins lane, you have 0 chance of winning because Soraka brings way too much utility to a fight for an adc to handle.

She heals and silences every 13-18 second. A champion gets played once in the LCS, does well and suddenly everyone is "OP AF GG RITO NERF PLZ."
