Please balance Yasuo

Yasuo is a good champ that can easily win lane with one kill under his belt and scales super easily to late game. His scaling off of critical damage makes him powerful against a lot of squishy choices or early game fighting when other champs have low health. The normal critical build can be relatively countered but when not, it steamrolls an entire team like shredding through paper. He can tower dive easily with an easy way to escape using his Sweeping Blade to get out of range. If there was a suggestion I would make to balancing Yasuo it would be slowing the speed of his dash a bit to make his tower diving riskier, or making his passive of doubling have a trade off like Jhin's with a twenty-five percent decrease to critical damage. In all else, just balance Yasuo so he doesnt just win lane from one kill.

He is balanced at the moment. The lower end of 49% winrate is fairly balanced for his popularity and learning curve, but he is also frustrating. If he were overpowered, he would be even more frustrating, but power and frustration aren't 100% directly tied to eachother. He could be changed to make him less frustrating without making him underpowered though.

"I can't play against Yasuo due to lack of knowledge so the champion needs nerfs!!!"

Yasuo hasn't been overpowered since patch 9.3 and he was nerfed in 9.4

The only change I'd say is needed is allowing enemies and allies to see his indicator for minions he can dash to.

Yasuo already has a crit damage penalty applied to his passive.

His Crits only do 202.5% damage with Infinity Edge, not 225%.

Yasuo Q can only crit for 180% damage with IE.

Yasuo already has that Jhin thing. His crits do 10% less damage.
