Concerns for new Tri Force

Some new changes went live on the PBE today. For those who don't want to read the article, it now builds out of (which has its own adjustments) rather than . As such, its now gives 20% CDR (up from 10), 40% AS (up from 15), and has it's crit chance removed, plus a slight cost reduction. Needless to say, this is a huge change and I'm not so sure it's the best one. On one hand, this is a phenomenal change for champs who wouldn't otherwise buy any crit chance. , , , and the odd are going to love this, among others. Not to mention blue-build , who now a more high-damage, less utility and safety item choice, which I think he really needed after the nerfs. But unfortunately, this also manifests as a HUGE nerf to and , most notably, who want both sheen procs and crits. This is the first update in the 6.11 cycle, so hopefully there are some adjustments (new item maybe?) that we just haven't seen yet, but on this change alone, I have to say I'm a bit curious to say the least.
