What happens when Aurelion Sol move faster than his stars

Don't have PBE access so wanted to ask people. If Aurelion Sol gets high enough movespeed, wouldn't he theoretically be able to get multiple hits from his rotating star on a single target? All he would have to do is wiggle back and force and gets constant dmg on enemy.

Technically that would seem to be the case. The problem is you would need a stationary target, because it's just so easy to move away from those stars.
