Updating Characters

So they are updating Fiddle and Volibear right, two champions who definitely deserve a second version or revival so to say. But some of the champion choices were weird. Nocturne for example seems to be visibly and structuraly sound. Dr. Mundo definitely is outdated even though I feel like he's the one champion who I would never want to be different. And I feel like Shyvana was picked because they just want to make a new shapeshifter champion without actually making a new shapeshifter champion. Why do we have champions like Rammus, Zilean, and Udyr not even be mentioned. Rammus is border line not even a champion at this point. One of his abilities is a taunt... that's it. Zilean while having ok abilities which defintiely could use touch up, his model is horrendous. But out of all these champions. Udyr has to be the ugliest, most unfun, and broken (in the bad way) champion in the game. And he wasn't even mentioned! Justice for Udyr, Rammus, and Zilean, and tons of other champions. It just doesnt make sense why you would rework Nocturne over Udyr or Rammus.
