Wardlord should simply not work on minions like old warlord

Rito is making ranged champ get less heal on minions with warlord, but the real offender is the ad top laners. Such as They dont benefit much from grasp of undying because they dont build a lot of hp. Warlord simply gives them infinite lame sustain especially when none of these guys use mana. tanks cant compete with them because after an even fight they can easily heal 50%+ of the dmg taken by just aa minions.

Why did old wardlords heal on minion is removed? Because it allows crit champions like to get free heal from the free crit they had in their kit. Now new warlord only gives lifesteal when low in hp, does that make the lifesteal not free? No not at all because u wont need lifesteal when u are full hp anyways right?

Just make it only work on champions, plz.
