Lets finally create a new AD Assassin champion

With the Roster Update : Assassins in near future i think right now is the most suitable time to finally look back into creating new assassin champions . I know Assassins were really unhealthy as class overall making it difficult to develop one from scratch without risking too much but now with their overall gameplay changing Riot could probably start to create some new ones . Currently there are only 2 AD assassins meant for midlane [Zed & Talon ( No Yas is not an assassin ) ] which really restricts mid laners that are more into assassins than mages . Though even junglers do not have many options !
