Minions Feel Weak

I just played against a full damage Wukong who full tanked 2 minion waves level 1 while outrading me with my shield as camille gets a kill cuz i cant trade back and he e's every 5 seconds so i cant sustain comes back to lane face tanks 2 more minion waves kills me through my shield doesnt use ignite doesnt have electrocute doesnt proc pta idk why he just face tanks the full minion wave lvl 8 face tanks 2 turret shots at 2/3 hp lvl 11 face tanks 3 turret shots with my shield idk maybe im just bad but like arent the purpose of turrets and minions to help u?
