No idea how to escape elo hell

Hi there guys I know the elo hell discussion and blabla. Here is my story I was Gold V in Season 5 and 6 but this season I cant get higher than Silver 4

It has been a constant change between Silver 5 50 LP to Silver 4 15 Lp . Back and forth ever since the season started and I have played a lot of games. In most of my games I do play well and frequently get S+ or S at least. Either I hard hard hard carry the game like 1v5 the enemy team or I lose the game 100%. I get trolls quite a lot recently. Twice I got 2 guys going top and leaving the adc in 1v2. Afks happen not that frequently. I do think that I play on Gold Level since I got there 3 times and I do want to improve but for now I feel like I am 1v5 and matchmaking is broken as fuck. When I play Jungler, I mostly play tank junglers i.e. Reksai a lot. I do my job, find good initiations, do some damage but my team literally does no damage. I often still have most damage dealt at the end of the game.I try to not tax my laners, leave the kills for them whenever they are secure to get them fed as well. When I play a carry champ, which I normally enjoy more, my tanks are not doing their jobs. Either I get zoned away and can only damage the tank or my team just runs away faster than me and leaves me open to be engaged on.
I am so desperate now and thankful for any help u can offer me.

season to season ... patch to patch .. things change... you must be really good at the fundamentals of the game and not allow the patch changes effect how you can preform.

you see examples of this in pro play... a player is a god for 2-3 patches or a split due to something favoring their wheel house of champion pool but as soon as something happens that effects that they cant effectively play something else...

you see how LCK teams are consistent from patch to patch where others LCS , EU etc scramble to adapt to the patch and they falter

and last season was know as the season of boosted ... with dynamic queue ... so some of the ranks /elos could be inflated by that ...

not saying this is your case... but what about those you play with ?

just try to improve your play and knowledge ... seriously with out bias look at what you do and dont do and see where you make mistakes

and if you are meant to be at an elo or rank you will get there

Last season I was able to reach Silver somewhat easily near the end of the season. I was able to stomp Bronze games quite handily. This season I found myself struggling in Bronze. Took me a while to realize that it was because I started maining a different champion. My main last season was Kayle and I'm able to more or less effortlessly low Bronze games. As soon as I start playing someone else, I struggle. Maybe you're doing the same thing. You may not realize that you're just better on certain champions. It's easy to think you can reach your "true" elo on any champion but my own experience has shown me that it just isn't true. You have to "train" a champ to play at a certain elo.

Chill out for a bit. If you keep bouncing back and forth, odds are each time you feel more and more pressured to correct your past mistakes, leading you to create more. Play some normals. Do something you enjoy. Then get back to ranked.
