Why am i in low priority que?

Im not a good player, i know this im trying to get better, but people report me for just being bad when im trying my hardest is making me always get these 20 minute waits, i dont afk and i always try to help, but people keep calling me a bot because im that bad aparantly. Once i get these 10 ranked placements done ill be with people of my skill hopefully. but this is just taking the piss. look into it riot please
