So i had a chat restriction before 3 weeks and i took of my char restriction in 2 days, now i still can't get any fragments,keys,honnors it says i was banned and i can't get them, how much will this stay? im not toxic now.

As long as you stay positive, you should have your rewards back decently quickly, as for honor levels, depends on how much you get honored.
