A general comment/Feedback on the uniqueness thing

Yesterday someone posted a thread noting how Kalista and Azir were products of a desire for cool new toys over game health. I've been thinking about it, and while I don't disagree, we should also note that a few things during (what I consider) the same era were really good.

I'm specifically thinking of Braum who was one of the better champs you've designed, not for any reason other than, the leap-shield combo was something we all envisioned but had to flash for previously. While crazy tethered soldiers, and using your supports as a cannon ball were...interesting, I think you shouldn't beat yourself up too badly. And take from the experience that a good deal of us still have things in the game we wish were possible.

Azir always struck me as a "Big Plays" champ. Like someone sat back and said "How do we scale up the Insec moments." As so many people are saying these days, those at the top don't make the difference, the masses swarming below do. Forget about Insec and bring on the weird, hero fantasies like diving in front of someone and blocking their certain death.

• Give us hooks for our dive-happy ADC
• Give us more cross map things, even if it's a Jinx-ult-like heal making our teammates run toward it.
• Let us plant mines in the jungle
• let us repair towers
• let us use our teammates dead bodies to affect the game with corpse explosions, or a resurrection
• Give us the option to burn down the grass for periods of time
• Let us set up Clue-like backdoors so I can go from the conservatory to the bot lane with the candlestick in hand
• Let us rework bad champs like Taliyah, and delete obnoxious champs like Yasuo
• Give me a new CC, complete with abilities that exploit it, and abilities that defend against it.
• Hell, give me Grounding boots so I have a shield for knockups every 5 mins
• give me new wards that roam like Kalistas...ghost-thing

There are things here guys. Good things. Let's not focus on the Azir's of the world. Let's stand behind the Braums of the world, and let's stand united with each other and say "Hey Riot, Give me liberty, or at least some Lee Sin nerfs."
