Longer wait times with autofill

So... I feel like I'm waiting just as long for a game with the new autofill feature as before. Sure I get in a game in 2-3 minutes but it seems so often that someone dodges because they don't get their role. So 2-3 minutes is great but when someone dodges you just doubled that time so isn't it the same as before? And I'm curious has anyone ever gotten another role besides support with autofill?
