@Meddler Heimerdinger Forgotten?

I don't play this champion that much but I feel like he is lacking a lot. He falls off late game very badly and his passive, in my opinion, isn't that great. I feel like he could have benefited more from a tiny update than say Brand or Vel'Koz. Another example of poor decision making and VERY slow work. Your update and balance team misses the mark on almost all of these updates . . . . I am not going to lie . . . I love the changes to Zyra and Cassiopeia. My problem is that you are CONSTANTLY wasting time on champions that don't need a lot of work . . . as opposed to buffing . . . . nerfing . . . . . giving love to champions that don't.

I see this mage update as a fail because you addressed only a few of the problems and . . . . it will be another year or two before you do anymore work on champions that need the time and dedication. Heim could have used a little love in this patch. Karma could have used a little love in this patch. Karthus could have used a little love in this patch. Isn't Heim and Karthus considered immobile champions? Why were these champions not included . . . . . your decision to exclude these champions really annoys me when you think Vel and Brand deserved more attention than Karthus and Heim. Heck, you even nerfed Kennan and Viktor.
