Can I stop being punished like this?

Either my Solo Queue games are great-resulting or awful due to matchmade partners:

• Not building the proper stuff to defend themselves during early and mid game if we are below our opponent team.
• Overfeeding champions to be way above me and hence giving them time to finish the game way before. Since I've tried both protecting along or either splitpushing with no results whatsoever.
• Not following pings to perform the signed strategy.
• Tilting each other with toxic behaviors like verbal abuse and negative attitude.

This is all I get even if I get my headaches trying to discover ways to make a game possible. Analyzing the results, most of the games I've had is all about me having the most possitive results. It's losing its fun if all I'm getting is people who can't cooperate nor have a proper attitude. And the saddest part about this is that it is happening way more than half the games I've had so far.
