Cool Fiddlesticks Update *Idea*

It would be cool if Riot coded Fiddlesticks so when he Q's (Fear) he can re-click Q again to drop a scarecrow where the enemy is located. He can then bounce his E (crow) against the scarecrow and the enemy champion. Would add a little bit more to his kit that seems lacking at the moment.
