Pixel skipping ?

hi guys, those days i will change my mouse.. is there any way to determine,( by maths) how far can go DPI on a gaming mouse, before starting to pixel skip? with 50 ingame sensitiity. I ve been using a 5000 dpi sensor on 25 ingame settings, yet i want to balance out so i use the same dpi not only on league but on all the computer, this way i get used to it ( ingame 50 sensitivity). So yeah, can you determine how far can a dpi go on 6/11 windows settings , before starting to skip pixels while moving around?
