[SUG] The Karma Rework
#Passive – Gathering Flow
- Grants ability power based on your bonus movementspeed.
#Q – Inner Flame
- Unchanged
#R-Q – Soulflare
- MANTRA BONUS: Fires 2 burst of energies that travel in an arc. When collided with each other leaves an area of effect that slows enemies inside by 50%. If Soulflare does not strike a target, the area is created at maximum range.
#W – Focused Resolve
- Unchanged
#R-W – Renewal
- MANTRA BONUS: Focused Resolve heals Karma for 20% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of her missing health upon being cast. Renewal scales with ranks in Mantra During the tether the target cannot use dashes or blinks. If the tether is not broken after the 2 seconds, Karma is once again healed for 20% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of her missing health.
#E – Inspire:
- ACTIVE: Karma shields the target ally or herself for 4 seconds and grants them bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds and creates an aura within the duration.
- AURA: Tagged allied champions gain bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
#R-E – Defiance
- MANTRA BONUS: Inspire's shield overflows with energy, increasing the target's shield and granting them 60% bonus movementspeed for 1.5 seconds and creates an aura within the duration.. After the duration is ended the remaining shield explodes dealing magic damage (primary shield only) Defiance scales with ranks in Mantra
- AURA: Allied champions are shielded for half the total amount for the same duration, and gain the same movement speed bonus.
#What changed
Karma's passive has been replaced by a new passive Gathering Flow. This ability will give her ability power based on her movementspeed. This looks simple but it will interact with her kit on a verry intressting way. Since her E give her bonus movementspeed she basicly get's a free ability power buff for 1.5 seconds. But that's where the benefits just start to apear. She will scale greatly with movementspeed interaction items like:

It's not that AD Karma suddenly would become viable. But some support & mage items could become pretty intressting on her like
. And offcourse whe must not forgot our beloved boots
etc..
To compensate for this change. I suggest to change her E to a flat 12 seconds cooldown. Since it's buffed as well I think it would be a fair change for her to compensate for this awesome power.
The second change is her ult Q. For the moment Karma's Q is a really static ability. It's just their and counterplay is relative easy. She has to become less predictable and that's where the ult Q changes are for. This functionality of the ability remains the same. The only differents now is that her Q travels in a arc rather than a linair line. This is quit different from her normal Q and that's what makes it so intressting. The counterplay for her regular Q is standing behind the minion (a little bit behind it since the hitboxes of her Q are so big) while her ult Q basicly hit's behind the minions. If you still don't understand what I'm talking about regarding the arc here's an example: https://engineering.riotgames.com/sites/default/files/ashe-heart.gif The secondary effect (the zoning area) has a little bit counterplay to it now. It will only apear when her Q didn't colide with units. The idea behind it is that you will cast the ult Q behind them. If they try to dodge it they will have to walk fowards. Just a perfect trap to W them.
The W remained mostly unchanged. The ult W has been changed a bit. The bonus root has been removed but now the enemies cannot use dashes or blinks while in the tether.
will hate your forever. Note that it doesn't cancels dashes or blinks. It basicly only delays them.
Your E is basicly a shield with a massive AP ratio that gives you movementspeed. Ok that's nice but it's so static. Unlike her Q, the E has actualy the reversed problem. Her E just doesn't grants her a nice engage and she's litterly forced to use her ult E to make that happen. Buffing up one champion movementspeed is often not the mirakle that you was hoping for. That's why I suggest to give her a sort of aura during the duration of her E that grant movementspeed to nearby allies. A little bit of the strength her ult E has. The ability will feel similar to sona's E but still a little bit different. I have an idea for sona that I cover later.
Her ult E will remain mostly unchanged. But mechanicly it will be different. Just like the E changes. The bonusses are now implemented by an aura that grant them it ones. This basicly means that you can activate the E while walking toward giving your allies the buff while in range. Even if Karma is not in range of the aura she will gain the shield so she doesn't have to worry on who she's casting it. But that's not all. The shield bomb is back, but only for the targeted ally. The shields granted from the aura doesn't get this bonus. If the shield is destroyed before the end of the duration their is no shield bomb offcourse and the shieldbomb damage is based the the remaining health of the shield so if you have 7 health left on the shield you ain't going to deal a lot of damage.

- ACTIVE: Sona gains bonus movement speed that decays down to Song of Celerity's aura bonus over 3 seconds. The duration is increased by 0.5 seconds for each ally she tags with the aura.
- AURA: Tagged allied champions gain bonus movement speed and 20% slow resist for 1.5 seconds.
