How to make Electrocute a bit better

Like thunderlords, make them seperate abilities. Not other effects.

Had a situation in ARAM where I died from an electrocute proced off of a snowball, going in on the snowball, and ravenous. Cause the kha canceled 2 autos and misclicked Q.

Why is that a thing. I dont mind autos, but why can non-ability effects proc it?
