Could low-mid elo(if not all) please please PLEASE have 2 bans each

You gave us 5 bans after we cried over and over for them, while u continued to release/break champ after champ, and now we're right back at that point where the game is bloated with new/reworked/overtuned champs, IN ADDITION TO THE ONES THAT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A NUISANCE.

This is more of an "I'd like to enjoy playing the game again" issue than a balance one.
