Loss Prevented Suggestion

I have been playing League of Legends for years, I am a not-so-respectable rank of Silver V currently. One of the reasons I'm this low of a rank is because people just don't care... so going AFK won't affect them much. But for the people that want to be the best, this sucks. Losing LP but you can't help it, that's an awful feeling. The only reason a Loss Prevented is given is if there are server errors, which that's nice, but I think it should be brought into consideration giving Loss Prevented to active people on a team of AFKs. Of course giving a LP deduction to the AFK, with a long queue time punishment. Just a thought I think would help some people get out of the low ranks.
