Urgot Rework Idea - Based on the leaked kit

I used the kit detailed in the latest leak as a base for this kit. While I generally picture Urgot with more chemical based weapons, I decided to go for a more gruesome, shredder type of feel to fit with his title as the Headsman's Pride. In this idea, Urgot is to be a primarily close range champion that uses ranged CC to get in close and deal his real damage. Being a tank, he will often be right in the middle of the enemy team. Visually, his gameplay should be as gruesome/brutal as his appearance.

**Auto Attacks: **Urgot strikes his target with his mechanical legs.

**Passive: Mechanized Antipersonnel – **Urgots AA's and abilities shred their targets' armor; reducing it by 15%

Q: Shrapnel Hunter – Urgot fires a missile that homes in on its target. On hit, it deals initial AOE burst damage and applies a bleed for 3 seconds and a slow for 1.5 seconds.

Shrapnel Hunter is a ground targeted AOE ability that locks onto one enemy champion caught in its targeting radius. If no champion is targeted, the missile strikes where the targeting radius was aimed. **Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds **

**W: Shredding Expanse – **Cannons on Urgot’s legs release a burst all around him; dealing damage to all enemies in a radius while knocking them back.

Shredding Expanse is an AOE ability with a simple activation (like a Darius Q) **Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds **

E: Executioner’s Pounce – Urgot leaps onto a targeted location, dealing damage and applying a knock-up to enemies in his immediate vicinity. Urgot’s first AA to affected enemies deals bonus damage.

Executioner’s Pounce is a ground targeted AOE ability. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

**R: Butcher’s Lock - **Urgot’s waist opens and fires a grappling hook, pulling the first enemy champion it hits into a meat grinder for 3 seconds. This deals damage and causes the target to bleed for 3 more seconds if they survive.

Butcher’s Lock is a skill shot suppression. Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds
