@Riot Is ekko actually broken?

Look. When I think of ekkos kit this is what I see (not talking about tank builds here. i think those will get nerfed):

Mobility, dmg, utility, safety, low cooldowns, more safety.

When I look at his gameplay this is what I see:

He turns fights around easily. Lots of outplay potential. I think he does really well in fights where the focus shifts a lot. He can split push.

When I look at the meta:

He doesnt have the dmg other assassins have. Hes melee and doesnt have good matchups. Not sure how to beat him other than to pick a champ stronger than him. I suppose thats ok given that he has a bad laning phase tho.
