Can Morde's Q apply crit?
I cant seem to find any substance on this. For example...if morde had 100% crit. would all 3 procs of his q apply crit?

No, because his Q ability does not apply Crit.
The attacks themselves could crit on the physical damage, but the magic damage doesn't. And thank god it doesn't, because that would be terrifying. 18 times damage...*shudder*
