This game needs balance

I know Katarina's hard counter is cc and i know aram is all random all mid but srsly i just played against a team that had full cc and a crap ton of dmg, and i was playing with a katarina. I think you should nerf the more op champs, not like totally remake them but make them to less dmg. Yasuo's passive literelly gives him 2x more crit LIKE WHAT IS THAT, you build a phantom and ie, or a stattik, yomuus, and ie then theres 100% crit chance its so broken.
