Bring Back Bonus Ward Vision!

I was just looking at the rune page and my OCD kicked in when I realized that the Resolve Mastery Tree is missing a third option on the second tier. Maybe could we bring back the +15% ward vision that we used to have? I'm sure it'd would prove to be a good choice for many support builds being only the second tier.
