Bot lane Curiosity a duo story

Now im not one to try and say im a angel and i never do anything wrong lets be quite clear everyone who has played this game for atleast a month has done something they very well could of got in trouble for.

Im just very curious how this bullshit can happen where a level 4 moakai/Miss fortune bot lane without csing and getting any kill till that point can legit stand under my tower take like no damage while simultaneosly kill myself and my carry and leave with more then 50% hp now mind you this scuffle went on for about 8 seconds no ults just pure auto/abilities?

Now i know what you might be thinking oh they had some items to stop that or oh you just dont know what your talking about....clearly, Its plainly obvious that im not the most gifted at this game hell id even gesture to say that im down right trash however i can tell when things dont add up....

Now lets get started on the miss fortune Q damage, What can be said about this hmmm the fact that she wasnt even level 30 had no runes and just a dorans sword the ricochet damage was hitting for about 400 damage at level 4 you fucking kidding me? can someone please break this down cause im legit having a hard time understanding why this is allowed.
