Windspeaker's Blessing Tooltip Clarity

The tooltip for Windspeaker's Blessing in the mastery page states "Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Additionally, heals and shields on allies increase your target's armor by 5 - 22 (based on level) and magic resistance by 2.5 - 11 (based on level) for 3 seconds." Where as in the game when you hover over it on the scoreboard, it states something along the lines of Your heals and shield are 10% stronger (excluding yourself). and increase target armor..." This can be confusing I think for some players that might take it thinking your heals on yourself will be a bit stronger, such as what Runic Blessing does. Could use a bit more clarity on matching these two tooltips up.
