IP Sinks?

Are there plans for Riot to introduce any new products for us to buy with IP? I am certain that I'm not alone in this situation, just constantly accumulating IP with nothing to spend it on, that being you already own all the champions or have no desire to purchase a new one. Perhaps they announced something that slipped by me? I just think it would be nice to have more options and uses for the currency you earn by playing.
