@Riot a suggestion to balance out Assassins

Riot has lately been promoting snowballing which has caused Assassin mids to get stronger and push mage mids away, however this is getting a bit too much so here are my suggestions for improving some mages who specifically counter assassins

New Item

Mages have great options for first items that sustain mana

need extra burst? Luden's echo (Annie, Azir, Lux, Brand, Viktor)

Mana hungry, ability spam or have a toggle ability? Archangel staff (Singed, Ryze, Cassiopeia, Anivia, Karthus)

I don't know who takes GLP without it being a situational choice but I'm sure such champions exist

But we lack a mana sustain first item for DoT and DPS mages, so I suggest bringing back Pox Arcana from BMB, this would be a great item for Champions like Malzahar and less burst more DPS/DoT Brand, Annie and Azir builds and could make full AP singed an option too, however this also means some balance changes will have to happen to it or Liandry's

Buffs/Mini Reworks/Reverts

Some mages who are Assassin counters but in my opinion (could be wrong and most likely am) are underperforming need some changes in my opinion and here are my suggestions (reminder these are suggestions and if these champions get these changes they don't have to nessesarily be the exact same as these changes, if you disagree then tell me why, if you have your own feel free to tell me as well)

Malzahar - the only champion on this list that I actually main, so before calling me biased compare what I'm giving malz with what I'm giving the others.... ready? Just revert the Q nerf.... that's it.... not the best ult nerf... just the Q, Pox Arcana is already an indirect buff, so Q revert would be enough to make him low-Mid A tier and not S Tier, if Pox Arcana is too strong of an indirect buff then just half revert it, JUST BUFF THE Q RATIO DAMMIT

Azir - a secondary passive

Emperor's pride : every time you summon a soldier (W, E, R) gain a ghost effect for 1.5 seconds and your next 3 attacks gain 5% magic pen

Orianna - reduce mana cost on W by 10 at all ranks, increase Bonus resistances granted by E by 5 on all ranks, give ult an additional 5% AP ratio

Annie - add 25 range to Q, add an extra 10% ratio on E, whenever a basic ability applies the passive stun refund 25% of its CD, if ult applies the stun refund 15% only
