Who do you think the easiest champion to snowball with, if say you were to KS your team. So easiest champ to KS and carry the game / end it early because you have 10 kills in 15 mins.
Katarina comes to mind for me, Fizz, Akali. Basically any burst assassin
I mean.... if your a godlike riven, then riven
Darius, because after he gets his Black Cleaver, the rest of his tanky items are generally pretty cheap.
Zed and Yas low Elo because people get too tilted to fight against you properly.
In general? I'd say Caitlyn because of your range. Or Riven because of the hard CC and damage avoidance in her kit.
