Bots on my Summoners Rift Games

So what happened was I caugh a Fiora that ended 0/8/0 that didn't reply any comments, barely farm and went to other lanes for no reason or whatsover, the reason why I do think she was bot was due to how she compleyely ignore anything from my teamates and myself.

I also caugh another one few days ago, while I agree I was playing at a time with few people (1-2 am on week days) I find very worrisome that bots are managing to slip on normal games 5 vs 5.

I hope Riots does something about this, because I'm starting to have hesitation on playing Blind pick games. And with Dominion closed, bots are starting to swarm other modes.
