Everyone shoulda got a clean slate for hextech on launch.

Its like when it came out I was super happy. I realized what I needed to do to get loot and it made me even refrain from yelling at some one I really wanted to. Then the second game came along and I got the im ineligible because of past restrictions.

Its like you say you want people to reform but instantly punish them on past mistakes on a new system that might help them actually reform. At the LEAST, let us know how long till were done being reformed. I swear I got that chat restriction 2 months ago.
