master yi q doesn't work

first off it wouldn't let me start a discussion in the report a bug seconds so im just addressing it here and hope they see it....i was using master yi and this all of a sudden happened today when i try to use my q ability the alpha strike, the circle does not come up and you can not click to use it you have to hold the mouse over something and hit q to use it instead of the way it normally works....basically the q ability for master yi is not working correctly and needs to be fixed
