More Item changes for mage update?

So just like the title, will there be more item changes in for the mage update than the ones mentioned in the PBE boards? I'm asking because I think there are some more AP items that could use the change like . This feels like its meant to be used against tanks but the flat M.Pen doesn't . so maybe it can be changed to a stacking percent M.Pen which would be more inline with the anti-tank aspect of this item and its DoT passive, no to mention that it would provide another percent M.Pen alternative since is the only item that currently gives percent M.Pen
