how is it possible to take a champ with a shity win rate and nerf the shit out of him ( ) in the 6.9 patch and take a champ with an all-ready good win rate and buff the shit out of him witch makes him the highest win rate in the game ( )?

Malzahar's win-rate is over-rated. Even with his current kit and "preferred" item-setup...

I watched some skilled Malzahar players get their asses handed to them...by various champs you wouldn't expect him to get wrecked by. I mean...even with tenacity and AP defense, malzahar's skills still deal some nasty debuffs...leaving their enemy wide open for increasing damage.

More over, If you play the champ with the highest win-rate based on what Riot claims, mkay...have fun with that.
