Gangplank Spellblade quality of life request

I play a lot of Gangplank and I always wondered why sometimes my barrel would do less damage randomly. It wasn't until i actually remembered that the spellblade passive has a cooldown. I would like to request if it could be made so gangplank cannot proc spellplade with his autos or Q on his barrel when its at 1st or 2nd tick. This would make it so Gangplank can actually get some damage off in his really terrible early game very quickly. As it stands right now with sheen, if you E and auto it to get it to 1 tick quickly, you will proc spellblade and if you Q it right there, it wont be a spellblade proc Q and will do significantly less damage. It isn't really a buff since most of GP's power is late game and once he hits 13, this doesnt really become an issue since the barrel ticks so fast at that point. His early game is very weak though and it would be nice if a quality of life change such as not being able to proc sheen on barrel until its at its final tick would be very nice. Let me know what you guys think.
