Ashe's ult doesn't always stop recall.

This ult is supposed to stun. However, when fires her giant arrow, you can still hit the target and yet they can recall even at the last second. This happened either once or twice recently. Once was with a Zilean on the other side. It clearly is because the game is designed to recall the champion at a specific time. However, that time comes into conflict and you are stunning a teleporting person in base even though they were stunned under a tower.

I don't know if this is intentional. I don't know if this is necessary. I just wanted to let people know it's possible to time stuns that they still escape even when clear damage is done.
