Has anyone else noticed extreme glitches/bugs since 5.13?

Game is straight bugged out right now. Its a laggy glitchy mess. Can't kite for shit because pathfinding is completely screwed. Game randomly freezes and then I'll magically do like 3 autos super fast like the game is playing catch-up. It was absolutely horrid when I played Caitlyn yesterday, but I just played as Jinx today and its more or less the same thing except for marginally better.

Everything was running smoothly during 5.12 but this patch seemed like it knocked everything out of whack. Anybody else notice how the game just feels clunky and buggy right now?

Logged in just to upvote this, I am having issues as well. I used to be able to pull off my combos extremely fast but now half the time one of the spells doesnt go off. This is extremely apparent when casting a spell and flashing, you will flash but the spell will no longer go off. I did some research and couldnt find an documented changes to how spells que so I have no idea why, but the whole game feels clunky and is no longer enjoyable for me. I'll just come back in a few patches and see if it is fixed.
