Dodging without signing out

So i finally just got back into league after that roughly 17 hour down time. Then another 30 minutes to login. Finally I got in and tried to go into a ranked game. However apparently all the trolls came out because no one could work together and we ended up having 3 people going jungle. I didn't want to play with people that couldn't work together so I left and since i had to sign out to log out. I now have another 45 minutes before i'm supposed to be logged in again.

From what i've always seen. People that are leaving matches are usually not the ones causing the problem but just people that don't want to play with a team that argues or just trolls everyone else. Maybe it would be better if there was a leave champ select button. Maybe the first leave could have no timer for joining another game and then after that the timers can start regularly like they do. I just feel like the real trolls in champ select don't have to worry because if they get in the game, they just do what they want and if they don't they are just put back in queue
