Tanky Skarner needs some buffs

with two 2 x AP or AD = instantly died in the teamfight.

Tanky Skarner is only the way to survive in the teamfight. He is only strong supporter at early - mid game (before 20 mins) but weak in late game.

Please buff some damages or lower CDR of early W and early E to make him more visible therefore Skarner would be not tanky supporter...

BTW while ULT, Skarner could attack the victim... it would be greatly help because you will duel against two champions that you cant attack both of them.
