Flex First Pick

I know there's many threads of this probably but I couldn't find any answers. So I'mma make my own thread. Literally when I play flex 5's I'm always first pick 100% of the time. No matter what role I pick into it, no matter what order I join into the lobby, if I'm captain or not, I'm literally first pick and it actually annoys the hell out of me. Could someone explain? >:(
