ranked feeders and mmr

So basically like 2 - 3 weeks ago I was gold IV now I'm silver 2 want to know the reason why? Feeding teammates basically for like 3 days straight I kept getting feeding teammates is this what they call elo hell? Because I don't know how unlucky you could be to even get that many feeding teammates. But I will admit 1 -2 games were my fault just because of the tilt. But basically those feeding teammates kept making me lose to the point where my MMR is basically bronze and every game I win now is barely any LP anyways just wanted to let the world know.
