Can we take Brutalizer off of the recommended items list for champs like Wukong (non-jungle)?

Me: Hey (top lane), are you planning to get a ghostblade or something? : No... why? Me: Well then, what are you going to do with that Brutalizer? : Looks at shop Oh! Ummmm... sells Brutalizer to buy a Phage RIP 401 gold...

Yes, Brutalizer does have useful stats for champions like Wukong, but the item it builds into doesn't (remember we are talking about top lane here). It's flat penetration may be useful before people start stacking armor, but in teamfights Black Cleaver is way more efficient; you already have enough damage to take out squishes as an AD caster/fighter, and with new Black Cleaver you get some Tank-busting potential. In certain cases, some people might take Brutalizer to sell it late game like mages/AP assassins do with Haunting Guise, but down here in Gold, I see many people (who are new to AD Casters) buy Brutalizer on Wukong, only to sell it right after they realize that it doesn't build into anything useful for him. As long as you get a Black Cleaver (and maybe a Last Whisper), you have more than enough of the right armor penetration to deal sufficient damage to both tanks and squishes. Can we take it off of the recommended items list (at least off of the "essential items" list) for Wukong, and stop letting new-to-Wukong players fall into this trap? More-expirenced players can still rush an early Brutalizer when they know it would be worth it.

TL;DR I think Brutalizer should be removed from the recommended items list for champions like Wukong, because you are much better off just buying a Black Cleaver and then other damage/tank items instead of investing in a Brutalizer (in most cases).
