Teemo needs EQUALlization in stats(buff). Teemo needs nerfs and buffs in abilities.

Look at all Yordle champions and all other champions’ movement speeds. You will notice Teemo, the swift scout, one of the fastest if not fastest Yordles in lore, is actually the third slowest Yordle tied with the fourth Lulu (not counting items and abilities, just pregame base movement speed). IF We do count abilities, Teemo can never really outrun any of the top lane champions in a straight line besides Darius and without abilities, Darius can outrun Teemo. It is so easy for everyone facing Teemo to build Corrupting potions, buy 5 health potions each time coming back to spawn, build magic resist, build armor, and most of all to build boots and upgrade then early to lane-bully Teemo when Teemo should’ve been the lane-bully. Meanwhile with champions like Mundo and Garen with natural healing and so much damage that Garen can just build Bey Blade AD and Mundo can just go full hp ap to be DPS Tank Carries, we didn’t even count conqueror and other healing runes and items. Dorans shield and Doran’s blade just play against Teemo too well. Good Teemo counters would be to just start Doran’s shield and Corrupting potions, max boots and a few rejuvination beads to regenerate health and for scientific research. Teemo’s initial armor and armor growth falls so much behind his magic resist. This is why he can’t survive attacks that well in bottom lane, can’t afford to be early ganked by enemy jungler because he’s so squish and his kit doesn’t allow early or middle game that much. This makes it very hard for Teemo to jungle and tank damage as well. So when the enemy team keeps taking red buffs, Teemo is dead behind and he can’t even solo dragon and Rift Herald either. Not a good solo jungler champ currently. His short shroom placing range is pitiful as well. It’s too short. Teemo can’t even mid laner unless the jungler chooses to completely ignore and not gank Teemo and mid laneris bad or new to the game. Teemo can never ADC because his auto attack range is too short and so is his (Q) Blinding Dart range. Just look at all ADC abilities ranges. This is why Teemo can’t even be a poke harass support lane-bully as good either. Despite being a marksman and being hailed as a great hero in Lore compared to the other Yordles besides Corki and Kled, Teemo has zero plot anime armor and no storyline can match his very weak in-game strength for the last 10 years. The first win he got in LOL ESPORTS was getting carried and the enemy team felt sorry. All in all, Teemo who is supposed to be a versatile champ in lore, ends up being the versatile deadbeat deadweight champion until 40 mins where he can be relevant by killing ADC, placing shrooms, and split pushing which is basically all other bruisers and mages and ADC. He has been neglected by RITO because a lot of the community hates him for being annoying early and being so cute that he’s annoying just by laughing and smiling and they’re scared to make him too op, but not like Kayn, Zoe, Fizz, Echo, Yuumi, and etc when they came out. His q deals so much damage late game and when the enemy ADC can’t auto in trades Teemo can win in solo 1v1, but only after 40 minutes if the ADC isn’t too fed.

As a mastery 7 Teemo with more than 200k mastery points for the last 3-4 years who has read the latest buffs and nerfs to Teemo in addition to the Teemo reworks and why they’ve failed, here’s my proposals;

Teemo rework failed because they were making him into a twitch with shrooms, but cuter. But, part of the rework was liked 100% by both the haters and the lovers of Teemo. Do add the twitch copycat copylike invisibility ability to Teemo’s E in additition to his poison passive and make it so they both scale in level and ap. So like whatever level Teemo is, a sixth of it will be the duration of his invisible sneak. That same number will be added to his poison as TRUE damage/magic resist shred or BOTH and it’s only 3 at level 18 so nothing to worry about in terms of damage. That same true damage number should be added to his shrooms as well. A stack of poison and the true damage should be added to his blinding dart q as well. When Teemo uses his invisible sneak, he should be able to gain either magic shield, shield, movement speed buff most likely, or increased attack speed (likely as well), increased armor and magic resist ratios.

Keep Teemo’s forever invisible passive in bush/brush and allow him to continue moving as he always was. However, shorten the duration it takes to be invisible as he levels up and allow him to throw shrooms while invisible as long as there’s no enemy champions inside the bush/brush with him.

Increase Teemo's base movement speed by 10 to tie with Darius + 5-7 more to keep his title as swift scout and not disappoint Bumblebee in Transformer multiverse anymore while wearing Beemo skin. Shorten Teemo’s w haste ability by a few seconds and buff the speed stats a little because Miss Fortune can run faster while swinging hips side to side, spinning her pistols, and eating cotton candy that she can just COP from Teemo and make a run for it. Add ad ratios as well. For each hundred or whatever and so and so.

Make Teemo’s armor ratios the same as his magic resist ratios (initial 30)and then never touch his armor or magic resist ratios ever again.

Buff Teemo’s auto attack range, Ryze and Heimerdinger basically have an auto range that exceed’s Teemos autos and Blinding Dart Range.

REAL TALK, Teemo deals too much damage with his shrooms to squish mages and squish marksmen with his q Blind and shrooms. Despite there being red oracle lens on summoners rift and a cheap 300 gold for 5 minutes kill Teemo shroom consumable that can be purchased along with one other consumable in ARAM, his damage ratio in ARAM is 83% of it’s original damage meanwhile other champs get to deal 103% and nidalee other broken mage champions with Lich Bane are allowed to get Penta Kills easily.

So, make his q to be able to contain charges as it’s upgraded, increase it’s range by like half, and decease it’s AP ratio immensely, so Teemo won’t 2shot an ADC to death with Q and one auto attack. His presence as a lane bully should be intensified, not be an annoying but cute little rat giving you freELO. Give his blinding dart some AD ratio because Teemo is supposed to be versatile so he himself has to be versatile in versatility.

Nerf shroom damage but add true damage or make it so the shroom damage scales with health because tanks walking down on these 2 dozen shrooms while regenerating even more health is just bull while 2 or 3 kill squish champions too easily at 40 minutes and above. Add AD ratios to shrooms. Shroom health will be equal to total shroom storage held at once. Bounces will also be equal to that number. For example, 5 shrooms at level 16-18 means shrooms can bounce 5 Teemos away instead of 3.

It makes sense for Shaco boxes to be killed while disabled with oracle lens and nidalee because they are mechanical physical traps. However, melee champions just build oracle lens early to kill Teemo shrooms close up and personal. When Teemo shrooms die, they should explode on impact. They are carefully walked around bombs that constantly get defused too easily. They are like cheap 2nd grade chemical science explosions that you can just mix baking soda and vinegar on your hands instead of putting it inside the clay volcano.

Ad should also be increased. Ryze has such a huge auto attack damage at level 1, Teemo should get at least a bit higher because literally everybody else’s autos deal more damage than him initially not counting abilities and later on his autos dont deal anything to those that heal it back and/or tank it and regenerate it.

Teemo should be given scout quests, place shrooms near objectives and buy Boots of Speed and upgrade Boots of Speed to gain gold, ad, ap, as, movement speed, cool down, gold etc idk, upgrade his w to be sprint bursts so it can be used more often every few minutes like Corki’s packages/ he can empty his entire shroom storage and throw all those shrooms out at once like a shroom barrage jutsu.

With all of these buffs and nerfs, Teemo will work better at his old job of annoying the hell out if top lane, be an adequate ADC like Quinn, work out as a better Teemo support, be a better mid laner placing shrooms up river sides and objectives.

P.S. Buff Boots of Swiftness buff please. Mercury Treads is literally better in every way unless you’re facing both an Ashe and Nasus plus other slows. Even then, Mercury Treads is better because of the magic resist and resistance and tenacity to all other cc besides roots and knock-ups. Mercury Treads saving lives more means the gold investment is worth it and shouldn’t buy boots of swiftness unless under special circumstances. So have Boots of Swiftness be granted another plus 5 movement speed, reduces slows by 45%, and its cost increased by 200 gold.

P.S. Boots of Heaviness/aches. +35 movement speed, reduces knock-up time, increased falling time, gives health; upgraded from Boots of Speed plus 850 gold plus Ruby Health Crystal.

P.S. Boots of No Roots, + 45 movement speed and reduces root and snare durations by 45%. Costs 1400 gold in total. Built from Boots of Speed plus 350 gold sword plus 850 gold.
