Dia S3 vs Dia7

Just asking, everybody keeps telling me how Dia in S7 is much harder to achieve than Dia in S3.

Can somebody explain me why? Most of the time ppl here run around almost 1shotting each other, basically the fastest person wins instead of the tactician in this meta, I don't think that's hard at all.

Disregard my rank currently, didn't really play for 3 years and now I mainly just care about getting skins.

Still I'm interested in why the game would be harder now, I don't think that the community has gotten better, at least I don't think that can happen because in my opinion it doesn't take that much time to get good in LoL.
