Let's being with Annie. I see Annie is unbalanced champion just because of the fact that she can stack her passive and sit on it for as long as she wants making way too much pressure in the lane. She should have a limited time to use it i.e. (Yasuo's tornado).

General champion balance has been pretty bad. The meta shifting making only few champs viable to abuse and climb because they are meta and OP atm, what's the point of having 130+ champions in the game when only 10 are viable picks?

All Annie has is her stun, put that on a timer and she'll end up next to unplayable. Unlike Yasuo, she doesn't have mobility and can't rely on the rest of her team to set up her big plays from half the map away.

Annie is one of the most balanced champ in the game. Literally all you have to do is watch her stun. I can almost agree with you on balance but its something like 30-40 champs are more than viable. Definitely not just ten
