/FF Feedback / Change Request

I was hoping we could get something going where we limit how many times a summoner can attempt to /ff in the middle of the game. It's pretty irritating when it's just one or two people repeatedly complaining about how we need to /ff, how we can never turn a game around, etc. when the rest of the team disagrees. It's distracting to have the /ff vote pop up from the same person 5x per game. I feel like a single summoner should be able to /ff twice in a single game - this doesn't mean other summoners can't start a /ff vote. Just two /ff per summoner. I mean - if we keep voting no, why keep opening a /ff vote?
