With all this hit steamy damage

If you have read this far I am hapay because I have a reasonable question I would love for any developer to explain to me. How is it that in the new system you guys made sorcerer shoes have more magic pen when removing runes removed all early magic resist. Then you gave every champion armor or scaling hp but skipped magic resist like it didn't exsist. It's not fun having 0 option other then rushing Mr 1st item or litteraly being melted down.
