Until 10 Bans, Can We Give First 3 Picks Ban Instead Of Last 3?

I never understood the point of taking bans from first pick, but giving it to the last 3 just makes no sense given how pick and ban works. If you are mid or top, you are 100% getting counter picked if you are first or second. Having no way to ban while also having to blind pick is just terribly frustrating. 9 times out of 10 as well, people are just going to ban Yasuo or Blitzcrank or something, so any chance of having something that will 100% counter you banned, just isn't likely.

No clue when we are getting 10 bans, but until then, the first 3 people really should have the bans in ranked, and not the last 3. It doesn't make much sense. It isn't pro play where having first pick means the OP power pick. It just means you get counter picked, so there really isn't much benefit most of the time.
